ECL MAGTRONICS (P) LTD. is a Private Limited company located at A-59, Sector-58, Noida. ECL started their journey on Indian roads in 1980 via Hero Majestic by introducing Magnetos and flashers at Ludhiana. After 34 years we are now a well-established manufacturing firm in the field of Auto Electrical Parts. We have a turnover of more than USD 1.5 million, a work force of more than 100 employees and an office cum factory area in the excess of more than 18000 sq ft.
ECL is responsive to customers’ need. ECL develops, manufactures & supply high tech quality and cost effective products. ECL MAGTRONICS (P) LTD. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company from URS for the Manufacture & supply of H.T./Ignition Coils, Magnetos & Stators, Magneto Parts, AC / DC Horns, AC / DC Flashers, Voltage Regulators, Rectifiers, CDI units, Igniters for two & three wheelers.
BRIEF HISTORY & BACKGROUND
1980 - ECL started their journey on Indian roads in 1980 by introducing Magnetos for Hero Majestic Mopeds, as OEMs, at Ludhiana.
1985 – Started making Electronic Flashers for Majestic Auto Ltd.
1987 - Later ECL expanded its horizons & was among the first few companies to get its flashers approved from Bajaj Auto Ltd. LML Ltd., & Hero Puch, for their Vehicles, as OEMs.
1990 - All necessary ARAI approvals were received for OE supply & the same are assured as & when required, by our OE customers.
2004 - An ISO 9001:2008 certified unit from “Bureau Veritas” for the manufacture & supply of H.T. Ignition Coils, Magneto Parts, Horns, Flashers, Voltage Regulators, Rectifiers, CDI units & Igniters for two & three wheelers.
2004 - Started exporting our products to many countries directly, including some leading customers and some OEMs in countries like Colombia, Syria, Sri Lanka, Slovenia, Peru, Nicaragua, Indonesia etc.
2006 - Many of the major buyers & even OEMs now depend on ECL for getting their branded products manufactured by us due to our established quality process & thus achieve value for money on the products manufactured by us, in their own brands.
2008 - ECL now is an International brand name for auto electrical products world wide. We provide full facility & service for our buyers, to give them the best satisfaction in providing full range of Auto Electrical Parts.
2009 - Developed Stators / Coil Plate Assy. for two & three Wheelers. Redeveloped AC Horns, duly approved for OE supplies to TVS Motors, through Nikko Auto Ltd. ECL has been approved as tier two supplier of AC Horns to TVS. We are the only OE suppliers of AC Horns in the country today.
2010 - Developed Igniters for DUCATI as per their samples & Drawings for an international buyer.
2011 - Developed & started supplies for Ignition Coils for Ralli type sprayers for use in Agriculture.
2014 - Range of Stators & Rotors including Bullet Stator & Rotors. Self-Starters for 2 & 3 wheelers, including armatures. Complete Range of Voltage Regulators & Rectifiers.
2015 – Digital CDI for better pick up and efficiency and DC Horns for Two / Three Wheelers

A tractability procedure for warranty analysis is in place.
Customer Complaints & warranty failures are fully analyzed, corrective & preventive action taken.
To ensure full life of our product, we always carryout Endurance Test for our Auto Electrical systematically & regularly on live load, as per IS Standards & as per specs.
