The Company had determined, provided and maintained the required machines, utilities, testing and measuring equipment and space for achieving conformity to product requirements. The company follows the systematic maintenance of its machines, equipment and auxiliary. Work environment is maintained in accordance with general health and safety requirements. Safety rules and guidance including the use of fire safety equipment is adequately displayed. Every person working in the company is skillful and qualified to do their job. The qualification criteria have been established based on education, experience, and training.

Any other testing equipment / jig fixture / machine etc. can be procured / arranged as may be advised by your company for better quality/ test & ensuring fool proof performance. We are always happy to upgrade our manufacturing/testing capabilities, as may be felt necessary by our O.E. customers, from time to time. We are glad to report that performance of our products is very satisfactory with average rejection being less than 0.4%, while we are continuously working to reduce our rejection further to standard of 1000 ppm, although our final objective is to achieve rejection rate of 100 ppm.
